1. Course Usage Rights
- Courses enrolled in are intended solely for your personal and non-commercial use.
- Sharing your account, login credentials, or course access with any other individual is strictly prohibited.
- If multiple users are found using the same account, Utsho School reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the account after appropriate verification.
2. Account & Security
- You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email address, password, and other account credentials.
- You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
3. Intellectual Property
All videos, audio recordings, lectures, notes, quizzes, assignments, digital products, slides, images, logos, designs, software, and other content available on the platform are the intellectual property of Utsho School or their respective owners.
Without prior written permission, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, store, or republish any course content.
- Record, screen-record, distribute, or share course videos or learning materials.
- Sell, commercially exploit, or publish any content on another platform.
Any unauthorized use may result in legal action under the applicable copyright laws of Bangladesh.
4. Course Enrollment, Payment & Refund
- The applicable course fee must be paid before enrollment.
- Course access will be granted after successful payment confirmation.
- Course prices, offers, and discounts may change at any time without prior notice.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the Utsho School Refund Policy.
- Platform Credits, Reward Points, Coupons, and Promotional Discounts are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Platform Credit, Reward Points & Quiz Challenge
- Quiz Challenges, Reward Points, and Platform Credits may only be used in accordance with the rules established by Utsho School.
- They cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
- If fake accounts, fraudulent activities, or abuse of the reward system are detected, the associated rewards may be cancelled and the user's account may be suspended or terminated.
6. Certificates
- Certificates will be issued only after successfully meeting the completion criteria of the respective course.
- Certain courses may require successful completion of quizzes, assignments, or final examinations before a certificate is awarded.
- Certificates issued by Utsho School serve as proof of course completion only and do not guarantee employment, academic credit, admission, or professional certification.
7. Course Changes & Cancellation
- Utsho School reserves the right to modify or update course content, curriculum, schedules, instructors, or other educational services whenever necessary.
- Under exceptional circumstances, Utsho School may postpone or cancel any course without prior notice.
8. User Conduct
Users must not:
- Post offensive, abusive, hateful, misleading, or unlawful content.
- Harass or abuse other users, instructors, mentors, or staff members.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the platform or its systems.
- Use malware, bots, automated scripts, or any malicious technology.
- Disrupt the security, stability, or normal operation of the platform.
Violation of these rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of the user's account.
9. Educational Support
- Support Sessions, Mentoring, Educational Counseling, and Q&A services are provided to enhance the overall learning experience.
- While we strive to provide high-quality education and academic support, Utsho School does not guarantee any specific examination results, employment opportunities, admissions, or personal achievements.
10. Limitation of Liability
We make every reasonable effort to provide accurate, updated, and high-quality educational content. However, Utsho School shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from technical errors, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, third-party services, or other unforeseen circumstances.
11. Privacy
